Myntra Glam Clan & UGC Affiliate: How It Works

Myntra has no public affiliate sign-up. Earning runs through Glam Clan inside the app - the real tiers, MynCash rates, commission and payout timing.

Search for "Myntra affiliate program sign up" and you will find articles walking you through a registration page with screenshots. That page does not exist. Myntra runs no public affiliate portal the way Amazon does - it is all inside the app, and it works differently enough to need explaining.

#How you get in

You do not apply with a follower count or a media kit. You get in by posting good photographs of things you actually bought - inside the Glam Clan section of the Myntra app, not in the ordinary review box.

That distinction is the one thing to get right. Myntra's own wording is that you take part by adding high-quality, influencer-style images to products you bought, and their team selects on image aesthetics - the text you write has no bearing on it. But the images have to be posted through Ultimate Glam Clan, which is a section of its own that has to be turned on for your account first. Photos attached to a plain product review outside it are just a review, and this is where most people stall.

  1. Order something and wait for delivery

There is no sign-up form anywhere on the website. You need delivered orders on your own account, because you can only post about what you bought.

  2. Turn on Ultimate Glam Clan in your profile

Open the Myntra app, go to your Profile, and find Ultimate Glam Clan - the creator program for shoppers. Enable it there. Until you do, nothing you post counts towards it.

  3. Upload your photos against the products you ordered

From inside Glam Clan, pick a delivered item and add your images to it. That submission is the whole application.

  4. Shoot them like your own feed

Real light, styled, in focus. Selection is on the photograph, so a dim phone snap is not going to be picked however good the product is.

  5. Reach 3 approved UGC posts

That is the threshold that turns on the UGC Affiliate Program and your tracked links.

  6. Finish KYC in the payout portal

PAN and bank details, once. Nothing is paid until it clears, and the date it clears decides which cycle you land in.

#The four tiers

Your tier decides both what you earn per click and your commission rate. You move up by posting, and you keep the tier by continuing to post.

Myntra's Glam Clan has four tiers. Curator advances on 3 posts of any kind. Stylist needs 6 images and 2 videos and pays 8% commission. Maestro needs 15 images and 15 videos and pays 10%. Trendsetter is the top tier and pays 12%. Each tier above Curator has a posting requirement to keep it. TIER TO REACH THE NEXT ONE TO KEEP IT COMMISSION Curator Stylist Maestro Trendsetter 3 posts, any kind 6 images + 2 videos 15 images + 15 videos top tier - 1 post / 3 months 1 post / month 1 image + 1 video / month - 8% 10% 12% Miss the retention requirement and the tier - and its rate - goes back down.
Retention is the part people lose money to. Stop posting and the tier drops, and the commission rate drops with it.

Note what is not in that table: followers. Progression counts images and videos published, nothing else. You can sit at Maestro with a handful of followers and a big view count, because the views come from Myntra showing your posts inside its own app.

#Two different things called "earnings"

This trips people up more than anything else in the program.

MynCash is Myntra credit. You earn it for posting and for clicks, and you spend it on Myntra. It never reaches your bank.

Affiliate commission is money - a percentage of orders through your links, paid to your bank.

Both run at once, and your tier affects both.

#MynCash for posting

Your first fifteen posts earn a fixed amount whatever your tier, and it tapers hard.

Myntra's fixed MynCash rewards taper over your first 15 posts. Posts 1 to 3 earn 100 MynCash for an image and 200 for a video; posts 4 to 8 earn 75 and 150; posts 9 to 15 earn 50 and 100. After the fifteenth post the fixed reward stops and only per-click and commission remain. FIXED REWARD PER POST Posts 1-3 200 100 Posts 4-8 150 75 Posts 9-15 100 50 Video post Image post MynCash, whatever your tier. Post 16 onward: nothing fixed.
Front-loaded on purpose. The first three posts are worth four times the tenth, and after the fifteenth the fixed reward stops entirely.

So your first fifteen posts are the most valuable you will ever make in MynCash terms. Make them your best work rather than burning them learning the format.

#MynCash per click

On top of the fixed rewards, every click on your posts pays by tier - 0.5 MynCash at Stylist, 1 at Maestro, 2 at Trendsetter. This is the reward that keeps running after post fifteen.

#The affiliate side

With 3 or more approved UGC posts you are eligible for the UGC Affiliate Program, and almost anything you share becomes a tracked link:

  • a product page
  • one of your posts
  • your profile page
  • a collection

You can share them anywhere - WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, a blog. Myntra puts no restriction on where the link lives.

Your tierCommission per order
Stylist8%
Maestro10%
Trendsetter12%

Commission is not paid on Gold Coins, Gift Cards, or other restricted categories, and not on orders that are cancelled or returned.

#Getting paid

More involved than most programs, and missing a date costs you a whole cycle.

Myntra pays on an N+2 cycle: a sale made in January is processed in March, paid between the 25th and 30th. Two things gate the payment - KYC must be complete before the 20th, and the balance must have reached 500 rupees, or it rolls into the next cycle. January the sale February nothing happens March paid, 25th-30th At least ₹500 in the balance under that, it rolls into the next cycle KYC before the 20th once only - late KYC slips a cycle
An N+2 cycle: January's earnings are processed in March. The two boxes on the bottom row are what actually stops a payment going out.

Three things decide whether the money actually arrives:

  • ₹500 minimum. Below it, commission carries forward and accumulates until it crosses the line.
  • KYC before the 20th. PAN and bank details, once, in the payout portal Myntra uses; a roughly ₹1 micro-deposit confirms the account. Finish after the 20th and you drop to the next cycle.
  • Returns come off first. Commission is on orders net of cancellations and returns, which in fashion is not a rounding error.

Tax and invoicing sit in the same portal and depend on whether you are GST-registered. Clicks, orders, commission and payout status are on the Earnings page of your UGC profile.

#What gets you removed

Short list, strictly enforced: self-purchase is prohibited - no commission on your own orders - and any fraud means cancelled commission and removal.

Creator support is support@myntra.com, or Myntra's customer care line, which also handles opting out.

#Is it worth it?

Unusually good for a small account. Entry is judged on photography, progression on posting, and Myntra shows your posts to its own shoppers - so views and clicks can arrive without an audience of your own. Very few programs work that way.

The ceiling is narrow. 12% is a strong rate, but it is one retailer, one country, fashion and beauty only - and holding that tier needs an image and a video every month, forever.

MynCash is not income. It is a discount on your next Myntra order. Worth having, but do not count it as earnings.

Does Myntra have an affiliate program I can just sign up for?

Not a public one. There is no direct registration page. Earning runs through the Ultimate Glam Clan program inside the Myntra app, and affiliate eligibility starts once you have 3 approved UGC posts.

How do I join Myntra Glam Clan?

Open the Myntra app, go to your Profile and enable the Ultimate Glam Clan section, then post high-quality, influencer-style photographs of products you have bought through it. Myntra's team selects partly on image aesthetics, and the text you write does not affect the decision. Adding photos to an ordinary product review instead of posting through Glam Clan does not enrol you.

How much commission does Myntra pay creators?

It depends on your tier: 8% per order at Stylist, 10% at Maestro and 12% at Trendsetter. Commission is excluded on Gold Coins, Gift Cards and other restricted categories, and on cancelled or returned orders.

What is MynCash and is it real money?

MynCash is Myntra credit you spend on Myntra - not a bank payout. You earn it as a fixed reward on your first fifteen posts and then per click on your posts, at a rate set by your tier. Affiliate commission is separate and is paid to your bank.

When does Myntra pay affiliate commission?

On an N+2 monthly cycle, between the 25th and 30th - so January's earnings are paid in March. You need a balance of at least ₹500 and KYC completed before the 20th.

Do I need followers to join Glam Clan?

No follower minimum is published, and tier progression counts posts rather than followers. Entry is judged on the quality of your product photography.

Can I lose my tier?

Yes. Stylist needs at least one post every three months, Maestro at least one a month, and Trendsetter at least one image and one video a month. Fall below the requirement and the tier drops, taking its commission rate with it.

The summary: Myntra's program is real, it is genuinely accessible to small creators, and it is nothing like the sign-up flow most articles describe. Turn Glam Clan on in your profile first, shoot your posts properly, make the first fifteen count, and finish KYC before the 20th of a month rather than after it.
