1. Who we are

FitLinks ("FitLinks", "we", "us") is a link-in-bio and affiliate storefront service for content creators. These Terms govern your access to and use of the FitLinks website, dashboard and creator pages (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Your username is permanent. It is the address of every link you share, so it cannot be changed once set - changing it would break every link you have already published.
  • One person or brand per account. Accounts may not be resold or transferred.

3. Plans and billing

FitLinks offers a free Starter plan and paid Creator and Influencer plans. Current prices and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page, which is the authoritative source for both.

  • Paid plans are monthly, auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Starting a paid plan authorises a recurring mandate. Your plan renews automatically each month until it is cancelled.
  • To cancel, email support@fitlinks.in or use our Contact page. We process cancellation requests within 2 to 3 working days, and your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • We may change prices or plan limits. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before a change affects their renewal.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan may return to Starter after a short grace period. Content above the Starter limits is not deleted immediately - see clause 5.

4. Affiliate links and earnings

FitLinks is a tool, not an affiliate network. You bring your own affiliate links from programmes you have joined yourself.

  • We take 0% of your commissions. Your affiliate earnings are paid to you directly by those programmes and never pass through us.
  • We are not responsible for commissions denied, reversed or withheld by an affiliate programme, nor for changes to their rates or terms.
  • You are responsible for making any affiliate or paid-partnership disclosures the law or the platform requires.
  • Product prices and details shown on your page may be out of date. The retailer's own page is always authoritative at the moment of purchase.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload - photos, product entries, hauls and looks. You grant us only the licence needed to host and display that content on your public creator page and in link previews.

If you move to a plan with tighter limits, content above the new limit is not removed straight away. We keep it for 7 days so you can upgrade again or remove items yourself; after that, the excess is deleted oldest first. You are shown this warning before the change is confirmed.

Public creator pages may carry advertising.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FitLinks to:

  • Post unlawful, misleading, hateful or sexually explicit material.
  • Upload images or content you do not have the rights to use.
  • Impersonate another person, brand or creator.
  • Link to malware, scams, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal to sell.
  • Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to break the Service.
  • Resell or white-label the Service as your own.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will try to contact you first.

7. Availability

We work to keep FitLinks available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults can cause downtime. The Service is provided "as is".

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FitLinks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost affiliate income, lost followers or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
