1. Who we are

FitLinks ("FitLinks", "we", "us") is a link-in-bio and affiliate storefront service for content creators, and a marketplace where brands and creators work together on collaborations. These Terms govern your access to and use of the FitLinks website, dashboard, creator pages and Brand Collabs (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Your username is permanent. It is the address of every link you share, so it cannot be changed once set - changing it would break every link you have already published.
  • One person or brand per account. Accounts may not be resold or transferred.

3. Plans and billing

FitLinks offers a free Starter plan and paid Creator and Influencer plans. Current prices and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page, which is the authoritative source for both.

  • Paid plans are monthly, auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Starting a paid plan authorises a recurring mandate. Your plan renews automatically each month until it is cancelled.
  • To cancel, email support@fitlinks.in or use our Contact page. We process cancellation requests within 2 to 3 working days, and your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • We may change prices or plan limits. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before a change affects their renewal.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan may return to Starter after a short grace period. Content above the Starter limits is not deleted immediately - see clause 6.

4. Affiliate links and earnings

FitLinks is a tool, not an affiliate network. You bring your own affiliate links from programmes you have joined yourself.

  • We take 0% of your commissions. Your affiliate earnings are paid to you directly by those programmes and never pass through us.
  • We are not responsible for commissions denied, reversed or withheld by an affiliate programme, nor for changes to their rates or terms.
  • You are responsible for making any affiliate or paid-partnership disclosures the law or the platform requires.
  • Product prices and details shown on your page may be out of date. The retailer's own page is always authoritative at the moment of purchase.

5. Brand Collabs

Brand Collabs is where brands post collaborations ("collabs") and creators on FitLinks apply to them. A collab is paid (the creator is paid money), barter (the creator gets a product to keep) or paid + barter (both). FitLinks runs the marketplace, collects payments and pays creators; it is not a party to the creative work itself.

For brands

  • We verify every brand before its collabs are shown to creators. We may decline a brand we can't verify, and suspend a brand account that looks suspicious or breaks these terms - a suspension can be lifted once the matter is resolved. The account's owner can invite teammates, and the brand is responsible for what its teammates do on FitLinks.
  • The budget you set per creator is the full amount you pay. FitLinks keeps a platform fee from paid collab budgets, and shows you the exact split before you post. Creators are shown the amount they receive after that fee. Barter collabs are free to post; on a paid + barter collab the fee applies to the money only.
  • Hiring is free. Each hired creator shares a draft first. You may ask for changes as often as you reasonably need, and no draft is ever approved on your behalf. When you approve a creator's content we send you an invoice for that creator through Razorpay, and they post only once it is paid. Until you approve, you may end a hire with nothing owed.
  • On a collab where creators buy the product, you pay each creator back the amount on the order invoice they upload, directly to the UPI ID or bank account they give us - not through FitLinks, and with no fee. We show you those details once you approve their content, and they post after confirming your payment reached them.
  • FitLinks holds your payment and releases the creator's share after their post is live and you confirm it - or automatically 3 days after the creator shares the live link, unless you report a problem first. If a creator you have paid for does not post, or cancels, that payment is refunded to you.
  • You are responsible for your products, the claims made about them in your brief and files, and shipping any product promised in a collab. Files and links you add to a brief can be viewed by creators who open the collab; deleting a collab deletes them.
  • You may use the content only as stated on the collab ("Content use").

For creators

  • Applying is free. FitLinks never asks a creator to pay to join a collab - report any brand that does.
  • Everything in your media kit - your followers, your numbers from each app's insights, your audience and your past work - must be accurate and your own. Brands rely on it to decide, so made-up or inflated figures may lead us to suspend your account.
  • Post only once FitLinks tells you the collab is cleared to post, on the platforms and with the tags agreed in the collab, and share the live links on FitLinks.
  • We pay the amount shown to you within 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) of your post going live, to the UPI ID or bank account you provide - provided the collab completes without a reported problem and we have your payout details. A report pauses the clock until it is resolved. We pay sooner whenever we can.
  • These are the times we aim for, not a guarantee. A payout can take longer for reasons outside our control - for example a delay in the brand's payment reaching us, at our payment provider or at your bank, a public holiday, or a check the law requires us to make. If that happens we will tell you and pay as soon as we can. You are responsible for tax on your earnings; where the law requires it we may deduct tax at source and will tell you what was deducted.
  • You must label every collab as advertising, as required by ASCI and the Consumer Protection Act - for example Instagram's Paid partnership tag or #Ad - including collabs paid only in products.
  • The phone number you give us is for FitLinks only and is never shown to brands. Your shipping address is shared only with the brand that hires you, and only for delivering the product. If you buy a product for a collab, the UPI ID or bank account you give for payouts is shown to that brand so it can pay you back (never your PAN). Brands see your profile, your social handles and your FitLinks page's visit and click figures for the last 30 days.

For both

  • Keep payments and deliverables on FitLinks. Deals moved off FitLinks are not protected, and arranging one to avoid the fee may lead to suspension.
  • Either side can report a problem. We review both sides within 2 working days and may complete the collab (paying the creator), cancel it (refunding the brand) or ask both to continue. Our decision governs the release of money we hold, without affecting any other legal rights you have.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload - photos, product entries, hauls and looks. You grant us only the licence needed to host and display that content on your public creator page and in link previews.

If you move to a plan with tighter limits, content above the new limit is not removed straight away. We keep it for 7 days so you can upgrade again or remove items yourself; after that, the excess is deleted oldest first. You are shown this warning before the change is confirmed.

Public creator pages may carry advertising.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FitLinks to:

  • Post unlawful, misleading, hateful or sexually explicit material.
  • Upload images or content you do not have the rights to use.
  • Impersonate another person, brand or creator.
  • Link to malware, scams, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal to sell.
  • Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to break the Service.
  • Resell or white-label the Service as your own.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will try to contact you first.

8. Availability

We work to keep FitLinks available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults can cause downtime. The Service is provided "as is".

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FitLinks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost affiliate income, lost followers or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
