Fixed budgets

Skip the back-and-forth.

Brands set the budget up front, and every creator sees it. Like it? Apply. That’s the whole negotiation.

Creators know the pay before they apply - no lowballing.

Brands hear only from creators happy with the budget.

How it works

Three steps, either side.

For creators

  1. 1Set up your media kitAdd your platforms, analytics and past collabs - just once.
  2. 2Apply in one tapNo pitch to write, nothing to negotiate. What you’ll earn is on every collab.
  3. 3Post and get paidWithin 7-10 days of posting. No invoices, no chasing.
Find collabs

For brands

  1. 1Post a collabPick the collab type, set your budget and write the brief. It takes a few minutes.
  2. 2Pick from media kitsCompare reach, engagement and past work, side by side.
  3. 3Approve, then payPay only for content you approve - nothing up front.
Post a collab

For brands

No agency needed.

Post a collab and work with creators directly. No retainer, no hidden markup, nobody in the middle.

With an agency

  • A retainer or markup on top, often hidden
  • Late payments to creators hurt your name
  • Every message goes through a manager

FitLinksCollabs

  • You set what each creator gets, in the open
  • Creators paid within 7-10 days of posting
  • Pick and message creators yourself

Where an agency budget goes

Media kits

A media kit that builds itself.

Fill in your collab profile once and FitLinks turns it into a media kit. Brands open it with a tap, and you can save it as a PDF.

  • Views, interactions and engagement - each platform on its own
  • Each platform’s audience: gender split, top age, top places
  • Your FitLinks page views and product clicks, measured by FitLinks

Questions

Good to know.

What’s the difference between paid, barter and paid + barter?

A paid collab pays the creator money. A barter collab gives them a product to keep instead. Paid + barter does both. What the creator gets - the amount, the product and what it’s worth - is on every collab before anyone applies.

Is there any negotiation?

No. The brand sets the budget or the product up front, and every creator sees it on the collab. If it works for you, apply - no back-and-forth, no lowballing, no deals lost in the DMs. Brands hear only from creators who are happy with their terms.

Is it free for creators?

Yes. Joining and applying are free, and FitLinks never asks a creator to pay to join a collab. If a brand ever asks you to, report it.

Do I need to write a pitch?

No. Your media kit is your application - your About, where you post, your numbers and your past collabs.

When do creators get paid?

Within 7 to 10 working days of your post going live, to the UPI ID or bank account you add - sooner when we can.

What does it cost a brand?

Barter collabs are free to post. On a paid collab, the budget you set per creator is all you pay - a FitLinks fee comes out of it, and you see the exact split before you publish. You pay for each creator only when you approve their draft.

Can a brand pay some creators more than others?

Yes - post one collab per budget. Say ₹3,000 for creators with 2K+ followers and ₹12,000 for creators with 10K+, each with its own rules for who can apply: follower minimums, niche, location and more. Duplicate a collab to copy everything, then change just the budget and who can apply.
