Privacy Policy

1. The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run your creator page and bill your plan. We do not sell your data, and we never see your card, UPI or bank details - those go straight to Razorpay.

2. Who is responsible

FitLinks is the controller of the data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact support@fitlinks.in.

3. What we collect and why

  • Account details - your name, email and username, so we can create and secure your account and email you about your plan.
  • Profile and catalog content - your picture, bio, social links, products, hauls and looks, so we can display your creator page.
  • Page analytics - how many times your page and links were viewed or tapped, and roughly which app or site people arrived from, so you can see how your page is performing. These are totals only; we do not build profiles of your visitors.
  • Billing records - your subscription reference, plan, status and renewal dates, so we can keep your plan active and support you.
  • Support messages - what you send us, so we can answer.

4. What we never collect

  • Card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials. These are entered inside Razorpay's checkout and never reach us.
  • Your affiliate programme logins or earnings data.
  • Your followers' personal details.

5. Cookies and advertising

We keep you signed in using your browser's storage, and use a cookie for the operator console. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Public creator pages may show ads. Where an ad comes from an advertising network, that network may set its own cookies, governed by its own privacy policy.

6. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run FitLinks:

  • Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process payments and manage your subscription. Named because it is where your payment details actually go.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers, to store and serve your content.
  • Our email provider, to send account and billing emails.
  • Our advertising partner, where ads are shown on creator pages.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to.

These providers process data on our instructions only. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

7. Your public page

Anything on your creator page - your name, picture, bio, socials, products, hauls and looks - is public by design and may be indexed by search engines. Please do not put anything there you would not want publicly visible.

8. How long we keep it

  • Account and content: for as long as your account exists.
  • After deletion: removed from live systems promptly, with residual copies ageing out within 30 days.
  • Billing and tax records: retained for as long as the law requires, even after account deletion.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of it you can edit yourself from your dashboard; for a full export or account deletion, email support@fitlinks.in from your registered address and we will action it within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your creator page, so every link you have shared will stop working, and your username is released.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard.
